New Membership and Connection Fees
The board of directors voted to increase the Member fee to $5,000 from the current $2,850. This fee is based on the value of the Association's infrastructure, including piping, wells, reservoir and other equipment. In addition to the $5,000 new member fee, the new member will be responsible to pay the cost of materials and labor to connect to the main service line. This new Member fee and associated connection costs will become effective on March 1, 2023.
