Why is my water discolored?
We may have just completed a repair recently, allowing air to enter the line, causing the milky look. We try to post major repairs to the website, but you are always welcome to call us and check.
What chemicals are added to the water?
We are blessed that we do not have to add any chemicals to our wonderful Cougar Creek Water!
Why does debris come out of the faucet when running hot water?
Most likely your water heater needs to be flushed. CAUTION: Most manufacturers recommend hiring a professional to flush your water heater. If you plan on doing this yourself, be sure to read the owner's manual to avoid injury to yourself or damage to the water heater.
Why do I have a previous balance when I know I sent my payment?
