Bill Payment

Cougar Creek Water Users Association offers three payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

When are your payments due? 

Invoices will go out by January 15.  Each member has the option to pay their account balance in full by March 1 or pay Bi-annually by March 1 and by June 1. Payments made after March 1 will incur a $25 late fee. Payments not made by July 3 will incur an additional $100 late fee.  Members choosing to make Bi annual payments will lose that option if the first payment is not made by March 1.  Second Bi annual payments not made by July 3 will incur an additional $100 late fee.  Members not paid in full by August 1 will be subject to having a lien placed on their property.

Payment By Quickbooks

We will now be invoicing through your email and you will now have the option to simply click "pay now." With this option you will pay via credit card or checking account. 

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order, please send all payments to the address provided. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
